An innovative and fast-growing creative technology company is seeking a Business Operations Associate to partner closely with Operations and Human Resources. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants exposure across multiple areas of the business.
About the Role:Improving Business Operations
You will work across departments to refine and optimize the processes that drive company growth. This includes building scalable systems, improving data capture and reporting, and implementing operational best practices that support long-term performance.
Executing High-Priority Special ProjectsYou will be pulled into critical initiatives that impact multiple teams and do not neatly fit within one department. When a complex, cross-functional challenge arises, you will be among the first called to bring structure, analysis, and execution.
Often, these two responsibilities go hand-in-hand.
While you will sit within the Human Resources department, you will work closely with the Business Operations function. You will be embedded across the organization, partnering with leaders in Growth, Client Services, Finance, Product, Technology, Recruiting, and more to solve meaningful business challenges.
What You Will Do- Own operational projects end-to-end, from problem definition through solution design and implementation
- Improve operational systems and workflows across people, processes, and technology
- Support recruiting and HR operations, workforce planning, and people analytics initiatives
- Work deeply within business systems such as CRM, HRIS, ERP, and analytics platforms to extract insights and drive improvements
- Conduct scrappy, data-driven analysis on tight timelines to inform leadership decisions
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives, lead stakeholder meetings, and drive accountability
- Translate across departments including Operations, HR, Finance, Growth, Engineering, and Client Services
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities
- Systems-oriented thinker who enjoys improving processes
- Experience working cross-functionally in operations, business strategy, consulting, ad tech, or high-growth environments preferred
- Technical fluency with data tools and business systems
