We are seeking a talented professional to serve as a Sales Business Development Manager for a well-established facility and commercial cleaning services organization. The position will oversee business in Los Angeles County.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING DIRECTLY IN COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES. This is a non-negotiable.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and driven to connect with prospects and continually seek opportunities for the organization to grow and expand its services. Overviewof the Sales Role
- Propose region-wide sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives and strategies
- Manage region and individual performances;
Report on region-wide sales results - Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze the region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Compensation Range$100k - $125k DOE
What you bring to the table- 8+ years of work experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar senior sales role (regional or multi-state level) AND have experience selling commercial cleaning services directly
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
