We are an established and growing Event AV Company, providing lighting, sound, video, and technical production services for events of all types. Our team takes pride in maintaining high standards—both in the field and behind the scenes. We’re now looking to add a dependable Warehouse Technician to help keep our gear, inventory, and logistics running smoothly.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Manager Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing and maintaining equipment for events. You’ll be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring that all AV gear is ready for deployment. Experience in the AV industry is required, and technical knowledge of the equipment is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload AV equipment from trucks and trailers for event prep and returns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Inspect, test, and prep AV equipment (lighting, audio, video, etc.) before and after each job
  • Assist with inventory management and tracking gear in/out
  • Identify damaged or missing items and communicate issues proactively
  • Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on equipment when needed
  • Help label, store, and organize cables, cases, and gear by type and use
  • Collaborate with production staff and crew leads to ensure accurate pull lists
  • Follow and enforce all safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations and/or AV production required
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs or more)
  • Familiarity with common AV equipment (lighting, audio, video gear, power cables, racks, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to drive van and box truck
Working Hours
  • Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm are the standard hours but this changes by days & volume of work.
  • Some flexibility required during peak event seasons
