Services Analyst

Overview

The Southern California Pipe Trades Administrative Corporation (SCPTAC) administers comprehensive benefits to members under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreements between District Council No. 16 and Employers in the plumbing and pipe fitting industry in Southern California. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Employer Services team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding debts.

Employer Services Analyst

Non-Exempt / Full-Time

Salary Grade III

• High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, understand, and explain legal contracts preferred
• Knowledge of Taft-Hartley employee benefits plans is helpful

The successful candidate will analyze contributions for, and provide support to, the Employer Services Department, which provides customer service to contributing employers and undertakes collections from delinquent employers.

• Process monthly SCPT, Landscapre, and Inland contributions
• Process incoming contracts and rates
• Provide exceptional customer service to employers
• Provide support for audits and collections

• Maintain and update knowledge in customer service and collection procedures by taking advantage of educational opportunities
• Management may assign other responsibilities based on the individual's abilities.

Salary: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
