Food & Beverage Licensing Manager
We’re seeking a Food & Beverage Licensing Manager to support a dynamic team in the licensing industry. This opportunity is based in Los Angeles with hybrid work arrangements (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) for a 6 month contract that can extend. Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage licensing categories, including relationship management, planning, and sales oversight.
- Identify and evaluate potential licensing partners based on key performance indicators such as quality, distribution, and sales.
- Negotiate and establish high-value partnerships, guiding licensees to achieve performance targets across short-term and long-term goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer data, and emerging opportunities to inform category strategies and uncover whitespace.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align licensing initiatives with broader company objectives and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Over 7 years of experience in outbound licensing within the food and beverage space.
- Proven track record working with reputable brands in the industry.
- Deep understanding of the licensing lifecycle from ideation to retail execution.
- Experience working with brand management, product development, retail partners, and consumer insights teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills and an established network within the licensing ecosystem.
