This position leads a team of sourcing managers for an aerospace and defense client, working directly with Sourcing & Procurement leadership, Account leadership, and Clients to manage expectations and deliver strategic sourcing solutions. You’ll drive program implementation, oversee portfolio compliance, and develop innovative sourcing strategies while building cross‑functional relationships to deliver sustained benefits to clients.

• Provide impactful leadership in a collaborative environment and bring strategic thought leadership to sourcing and people management activities
• Drive results through program implementation and monitoring success, ensuring all accounts meet KPI and goals set by Sourcing & Procurement and Client
• Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships and proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities
• Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies, and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the portfolio of managed accounts
• Partner with internal operations teams such as JLL Facility Management and Project Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including Corporate Legal and Risk Management, to ensure contractual compliance and proper approval processes

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
• 5-10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services
• Ability to develop category strategies based on market information, benchmarks, financial analyses, and best practices
• Experience with Annual Sourcing Plan development and implementation oversight
• Proven ability to review and analyze data to make effective business decisions
• Experience partnering teams with operations through management, detailed instruction, and continuous follow‑up to support standardized RFP/bid and contract processes
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures
• Experience leveraging sourcing technology tools where applicable
• Strong relationship‑building skills with ability to establish connections with key stakeholders across legal, risk management, and operations teams

• People management experience leading sourcing teams
• MBA is a plus
• CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification preferred
• Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MS applications including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• E‑procurement experience, preferably with Jaggaer platform

This position is hybrid/based on the west coast with the expectation of frequent site visits and willingness to travel as required. On‑site locations:

Olympia, WA;
Phoenix, AZ;
Sacramento, CA;
Salt Lake City, UT.
