A financial services client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking to bring on an Operations Analyst to be based in Los Angeles, CA. The position is Hybrid (2 to 3 days a week onsite). The contract's duration is 6 months with possible extension.
* W2 and local only.
The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Cash Management Department.
* Provides Web Ex product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services.
* Assist with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development.
* Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services; performs customer setups; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority.
* Helps in the coordination and support of audits and examinations.
* Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects.
