Job Description
- Lead independent, end-to-end delivery of a project or multiple work streams, including workplans, timelines, and executive-ready deliverables.
- Structure ambiguous problems, conduct analysis, and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Develop executive-ready storylines and materials (e.g., slide decks, pre-reads) and present findings to business partners and WSG leaders.
- Define success metrics/KPIs upfront and track impact through implementation; ensure solutions are sustainable and effectively adopted and transitioned to appropriate business owners.
- Collaborate across functions and groups (e.g., Insights, Marketing, Operations) to drive growth and reduce waste.
- Contribute to WSG committees and capability-building.
Occasional travel (up to 20% of the time) to operating locations as needed. May vary by project.

Qualifications- Minimum of 3‑6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, agriculture, CPG, finance, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end delivery of a project or multiple work streams (workplans, timelines, deliverables).
- Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and translate data into actionable insights.
- Proactive, self‑starter attitude with a track record of taking initiative, anticipating risks, and driving work to closure.
- Demonstrable executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills with comfort interacting independently with senior business partners and cross‑functional teams.
- Leadership potential with experience coaching/mentoring others and contributing to team culture and capability‑building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing executive‑ready storylines and presentations and supporting analyses.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required (typically day trips up to ~20% of the time).
$110,000 – $140,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
