Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a GM / Country Head – United States of America, based in Los Angeles. However, we are open to other key locations across the U.S. for the right candidate. The role requires a strong leader with the ability to drive market expansion, build high‑performing teams, and scale operations strategically within the region. Responsibilities include driving business development initiatives, managing client relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and leading cross‑functional teams.

The role also entails analyzing market trends, ensuring operational efficiency, and representing the company's mission and values across the region.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in executive roles, with expertise in overseeing operations and managing cross‑functional teams
  • Strong background in business development, sales, strategic partnership creation, and revenue generation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic, marketing, advertising technologies, and data‑driven strategies for digital performance
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on execution excellence
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the digital economy and its evolving dynamics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field;
    Master’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in working in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment
