Full Time | Hybrid 3 Days On-Site | Educational Services Staffing Division

We’re hiring an Education Staffing Account Manager in Los Angeles to manage and grow client accounts within our educational services staffing division.

This role is a great match for someone with experience as a Staffing Account Manager, Education Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Senior Recruiter who wants to move into an account-facing leadership role. If you are comfortable owning client relationships while overseeing recruiting performance, this is a strong growth opportunity.

• Up to $90K base salary plus uncapped commissions
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site
• Lead a team of recruiters tied directly to your account performance
• Work closely with Business Development leadership on account growth strategy

• Serve as the primary contact for school and education clients
• Communicate staffing updates and resolve service issues
• Drive revenue, spread, and placement growth within assigned accounts
• Train, develop, and manage recruiters supporting your accounts
• Align recruiter activity and candidate availability with client demand
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or account management
• 1+ year of leadership experience or readiness to step into management
• Experience managing school district or education client accounts preferred
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems
