Full Time | Hybrid 3 Days On-Site | Educational Services Staffing Division
We’re hiring an Education Staffing Account Manager in Los Angeles to manage and grow client accounts within our educational services staffing division.
This role is a great match for someone with experience as a Staffing Account Manager, Education Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Senior Recruiter who wants to move into an account-facing leadership role. If you are comfortable owning client relationships while overseeing recruiting performance, this is a strong growth opportunity.

- Lead a team of recruiters tied directly to your account performance
- Work closely with Business Development leadership on account growth strategy
- Serve as the primary contact for school and education clients
- Communicate staffing updates and resolve service issues
- Drive revenue, spread, and placement growth within assigned accounts
- Train, develop, and manage recruiters supporting your accounts
- Align recruiter activity and candidate availability with client demand
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or account management
- 1+ year of leadership experience or readiness to step into management
- Experience managing school district or education client accounts preferred
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems
