You’ll drive executive operations, manage high-priority projects, and represent Proximity in high-stakes conversations with CTOs, CEOs, investors, and strategic partners.

What Makes You a Great Fit- 7–12 years of blended experience in management consulting, business operations, strategic EA/Chief of Staff roles, or leadership roles in tech, media, or sports.
- Exceptional communicator — you can write in the CEO’s voice, draft board‑ready updates, and represent the CEO confidently.
- Operational powerhouse — you drive structure, efficiency, and accountability in fast-moving, complex environments.
- Tech-forward mindset — proficient with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion, Asana, G‑Suite, Airtable, and no‑code/AI automation.
- Highly trustworthy and discreet — you’ll handle sensitive information and critical relationships.
- Action‑oriented leader — you don’t just advise; you own and drive results.
- Bonus:
Ex‑founder, early‑stage startup operator, or someone with a network in OTT, sports‑tech, or media innovation.
- Own the CEO’s calendar, travel, inbox, and daily prioritization to protect focus and eliminate friction.
- Prepare high-quality briefing docs, agendas, meeting notes, and timely follow‑ups for internal and external meetings.
- Draft, refine, and manage board communications, investor updates, client emails, and internal decks.
- Join or occasionally represent the CEO in high‑stakes external conversations with CTOs, CEOs, and investors, ensuring strategic momentum and flawless follow‑through.
- Run OKRs and internal systems that keep the company’s most important initiatives moving cross‑functionally.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement no‑code/AI automation to streamline workflows.
- Support the CEO’s business development pipeline by researching key players, tracking warm intros, and maintaining a “last‑touch” log for the top 50 external stakeholders.
- Coordinate conference participation, assist with prep for keynotes and panels, and maintain active engagement with the industry ecosystem.
- Maintain dashboards tracking sales pipeline, operational health, and talent OKRs.
- Surface data insights proactively and flag variances that need CEO or leadership attention.
