**** Job Overview
** The Director or GxP Programs partners with cross-functional teams and key client stakeholders to support and expand SBM services within regulated manufacturing and life sciences environments. This role will serve as a client-facing advocate for SBM’s GxP programs, processes, and operational solutions, partnering closely with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and program success.

The position requires strong knowledge of GxP environments with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, translating regulatory and operational requirements into clear business value for clients.
** Roles & Responsibilities
** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Other duties may be assigned.
** Client Engagement & Program Advocacy
*** Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for SBM’s GxP programs and operational processes
* Engage with client leadership and decision-makers to present SBM solutions and capabilities
* Represent SBM during client meetings, presentations, and site engagements
** Sales & RFP Support
*** Partner with sales teams during RFP processes and client pursuits
* Support solution development and presentations related to GxP environments
* Help articulate SBM’s value proposition in regulated manufacturing environments
** Program Development & Operational Support
*** Conduct productivity studies and operational assessments
* Partner with IFM leaders and operational teams to enhance program performance
* Support SOP development, reviews, and comparative analysis
* Assist in implementing best practices across regulated environments
* Lead or support various cross-functional project initiatives
** Compliance & Operational Excellence
*** Provide guidance on GxP operational requirements
* Support inspection readiness and compliance initiatives
* Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and regulatory alignment
** Additional Information
*** Travel requirement:
Approximately 50%
* Candidates should ideally be based in markets where SBM currently operates
** Qualification

** Education and/or Experience
** Experience working within GxP-regulated environments, preferably in life sciences or manufacturing

Background supporting operational programs, compliance initiatives, or regulated facility environments

Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders

Experience supporting regulated manufacturing, pharma, biotech, or life sciences environments

Experience participating in RFP responses or client solution development
** Licenses and Certificates
** May be required to have a valid driver’s license
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
** Strong communication and presentation abilities

Ability to translate technical concepts into business language

Experience supporting client-facing operational or consulting roles

Strong collaboration across sales, operations, and technical teams
** Supervisory Responsibilities
** Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
** Compensation**: $150,000-$170,000 per year#
