Join a leading manufacturer of Office furniture and solutions as they consolidate their West coast operations based out of LA. Established in the 1980s and boasting close to 1500 employees across the US they are recruiting for a Sales Director to shape strategy and leadership for the West Coast.
The Sales Director –is responsible for leading and expanding B2B sales through dealer, distributor, and strategic partner relationships within the commercial / contract furniture industry. Your role will focus on dealer network growth, and long term sales and channel strategy. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of proven B2B experience, strong leadership capability, and an established commercial furniture dealership network.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, and grow strong relationships with commercial furniture dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Optimize existing dealer networks to accelerate market penetration and channel expansion.
Identify, onboard, and develop new commercial furniture dealers and distribution partners.
Develop channel sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Drive pipeline development and oversee account performance across assigned territories or channels.
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure dealer success.
Support dealer training programs, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
Provide strategic input on in-person and online marketing.
Monitor market trends across workplace, education, hospitality, and healthcare furniture sectors.
Requirements12+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial furniture, workplace solution, contract furniture, or a related industry.
Proven success working within dealer-based or distributor-driven sales models.
