ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Mid-Market Lead to drive growth and scale Tik Tok’s dine-in local services ecosystem. Tik Tok’s local services partnerships are a key lever for expanding platform adoption and delivering value to both users and merchants. In this role, you will own relationships with mid-market dine‑in partners while coaching and leading a small team of account managers to execute scalable growth strategies.
The immediate focus will be on expanding and deepening partnerships with regional and growing dine-in partners, driving adoption, revenue growth, and operational excellence across Tik Tok’s platform.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in account management or client services roles, particularly with mid‑market partners.
- Proven track record in people management, leading and developing mid‑market account or sales teams while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, adoption, and client retention within mid‑market accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking, operational rigor, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and drive measurable client outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a regional mid‑market team.
- Deep understanding of US’s food and dine‑in industry, including key trends and market dynamics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to lead and align with cross‑functional teams—especially in Operations, Product, and Analytics—to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
- Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to Tik Tok’s local services strategy.
