About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer & Commercial Insights and Strategy to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be accountable for transforming customer, shopper, and marketplace data into insight‑driven narratives that influence retailer strategy and internal commercial decision‑making. This role elevates our strategic presence with retail customers and strengthens internal decision‑making through clear, insight‑driven storytelling.

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $108,000 - $145,000
Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)
  • Lead development of insight‑driven customer presentations that influence retailer strategies and growth discussions.
  • Analyze syndicated, POS, and shopper datasets to identify trends, whitespace, and competitive opportunities.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear narratives with actionable recommendations.
  • Support external customer meetings with executive‑ready materials that elevate strategic conversations.
  • Deliver internal Q /M  and leadership presentations that synthesize performance and marketplace dynamics.
  • Align insights with Sales, Finance, RGM, and Marketing to support commercial priorities.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and marketplace across cross‑functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3‑5+ years of experience in CPG insights, analytics, customer strategy, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency with syndicated data tools (IRI, Nielsen, Circana) and retailer data platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive‑ready presentations and clear data visualizations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and storytelling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting retail customers within the CPG industry.
  • Expertise in loyalty, shopper insights, or custom research.
