• Drive the rollout of global frameworks by analyzing market nuances to design and execute the best GTM strategies for high program penetration (i.e Global Agency Badging Program)
• Design, launch, and execute tailored enablement programs and compelling narratives from scratch, equipping your agency ecosystem with the strategic solutions and key resources they need to maximize their growth on our platform.
• Coordinate closely with regional sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure total internal alignment and drive program championing across the organization.
• Act as the voice of your region, gathering insights and partner feedback to help central teams evolve our global product roadmaps and platform infrastructure.

• Minimum Qualification(s)- 5+ years of experience in business development, business operations, or program management in the advertising industry.
• Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
• Preferred Qualification(s)- Strong understanding of the media agency landscape, mainly independent agencies.
• Preferred Qualification(s)- Proven ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up to influence internal teams and external agency executives.
• Preferred Qualification(s)- Passion for SMB business.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $198360 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
