Job DescriptionPOP MART AMERICAS Inc., in Los Angeles, CA, seeks an Operations Specialist to analyze operational and market data, support store openings and ROBOSHOP projects, maintain dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to improve business operations.
Job Responsibilities- Apply quantitative analysis and operations research methods, including trend analysis, data modeling, and forecasting, to support business decisions.
- Analyze New Store Opening (NSO) project data, including timelines, KPIs, and performance metrics, to optimize execution.
- Maintain and enhance operational data systems and develop dashboards and visualizations for reporting and business insights.
- Evaluate daily store operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support SOP development and optimization through workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the rollout of ROBOSHOP projects in the U.S. market by analyzing logistics and operational performance data.
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 1 year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in:
Quantitative analysis Data modeling and forecasting Data visualization using Excel, SQL, and Tableau Operational reporting Supporting data-driven business decision-making
