We are delighted to be recruiting an experienced, nurturing rota nanny to join a warm and welcoming family from spring 2026.
The role will begin with a gentle handover from the baby nurses and will focus on caring for a baby who will be approximately five months old at the start date. This is a long‑term, fully dedicated childcare position within a high‑profile, fully staffed household.
The rota pattern is flexible, with the family open to either a 4-week or 2-week rotation to suit the right candidate. A short overlap with the current baby nurses until May will ensure a smooth and reassuring transition for everyone.
Based primarily in Los Angeles, the role involves extensive international travel, including regular time spent in France, Switzerland, London, and other European locations. All residences are fully staffed, allowing the nanny to remain entirely focused on the baby’s wellbeing, development, and daily routine.
Responsibilities include establishing consistent routines, supporting developmental milestones, and maintaining a calm, beautifully organised nursery environment. No cooking or general housekeeping is required.
Candidate Requirements- US passport holder or full legal right to work in the United States
- Candidate can be in the USA or Europe
- Strong professional experience caring for babies, ideally within HNW or UHNW households, previous rota experience highly desirable
- Calm, discreet, organised, and confident in fully staffed homes
- French language skills welcomed but not essential; strong English required
- Open to varied childcare training backgrounds, provided private household experience is clearly demonstrated
We have known the family for over five years and have successfully placed several long‑standing members of their household team. They are respectful, highly organised, and offer a genuinely supportive working environment.
