We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing projects in grocery, fitness, interior build-outs, and big-box retail
.
- Manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Identify risks and implement solutions proactively.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Construction project management experience, specifically in grocery, fitness, interiors, or big-box retail
. - Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
