Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Overview

Goodall Brazier have recently partnered with a multi family general contractor to assist their search for a Project Manager to lead their current 200 unit podium project in Downtown Los Angeles. This contactor is a California based construction firm focusing in multifamily development and renovations. The company delivers ground-up and value-add multifamily projects, providing full-service construction management and general contracting solutions.

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from planning and preconstruction through final turnover
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants
• Lead on-site and off-site project meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Track project progress, manage change orders, and report status to ownership and stakeholders
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and warranty items

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in multifamily (garden-style, podium, wrap, or high-rise)
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
