Salary $70,000 - $100,000 per year

• Experience estimating framing and drywall on commercial projects
• Familiarity with TI and/or ground‑up construction
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and construction sequencing
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software (Plan Swift, OST, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and deadline‑driven
