We are a growing property restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, and reconstruction services. We are seeking a Property Restoration Estimator to join our team on a part-time basis with a clear path to full-time as workload increases.

This is an ideal opportunity for an estimator who wants stability, growth, and the chance to be part of a team rebuilding and scaling a strong operation.

What You'll Do

* Prepare accurate and compliant estimates using Xactimate (and Symbility when applicable)

* Estimate mitigation and reconstruction jobs for self-pay and insurance claims

* Submit estimates within carrier and program SLAs (typically 24 hours)

* Communicate with project managers, office staff, and adjusters

* Respond to revisions, supplements, and estimate questions

* Ensure proper documentation, photos, and line-item justifications

What We're Looking For

* Experience with restoration estimating (water, fire, mold, reconstruction)

* Proficiency in Xactimate (required)

* Strong attention to detail and organization

* Ability to manage multiple estimates under deadlines

* Insurance program and carrier experience preferred

* IICRC certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule & Growth

* Start part-time (20-30 hours/week)

* Clear path to full-time (40 hours/week) based on performance and workload

* Hourly pay with opportunity for increase upon transition to full-time
