Job Overview

Jensen Const is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end custom residential construction projects in Pacific Palisades, CA. This role is responsible for managing multiple luxury home builds simultaneously, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate brings a strong architectural or construction management background and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through final turnover
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors on-site
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and budgets
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for accuracy and constructability
• Ensure work complies with plans, local building codes, and quality standards
• Conduct regular jobsite meetings and provide progress updates to ownership and clients
• Resolve construction challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns
• Maintain project documentation, change orders, and reporting
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and company procedures
• Represent Jensen Const Inc professionally with homeowners, architects, and consultants

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Architecture or Construction-related field strongly preferred)
• Architectural background necessary
• Proven experience managing luxury or high-end custom home projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficient in construction documentation and project management tools
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse project teams
