We are looking for an Assistant / Junior Site Superintendent to join our construction team on ground-up residential and small multifamily projects throughout Los Angeles.
This is a field-based role focused on jobsite execution, subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and quality control. The right candidate is hands‑on, detail-oriented, and interested in building strong field leadership skills early in their career.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to be on‑site and in the field.

What You’ll Do Jobsite Execution & Coordination- Work closely with the Principal on day‑to‑day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and help maintain weekly schedules
- Assist with site logistics, access, staging, and material deliveries
- Ensure work is sequenced correctly and the site is inspection‑ready
- Walk the site daily and verify work against the construction documents
- Check foundations, rebar placement, embeds, anchor bolts, and hold‑downs
- Verify framing layouts, rough openings, blocking, and tolerances
- Identify issues early—before inspections, pours, or cover‑ups
- Maintain photo documentation of in‑wall and in‑slab conditions
- Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for trade partners on site
- Help clarify details using drawings and field conditions
- Flag conflicts, discrepancies, or quality concerns early
- Support site safety practices and basic compliance
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Assist with daily reports, site photos, and inspection coordination
- 0–3 years of on‑site construction experience
- Entry‑level candidates or recent graduates with strong field exposure (or interest) encouraged to apply
- Ground‑up residential or small multifamily experience is a plus
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
, including:
- Foundation and rebar plans
- Framing plans and details
- Basic MEP layouts
- Comfortable verifying dimensions, layouts, and installation quality in the field
- Field‑first mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive communicator who raises issues early
- Comfortable working directly with subcontractors
- Interested in growing into a Lead Superintendent or Construction Leadership role.
$85,000 – $95,000 annually
, based on experience
