We are seeking motivated Junior Schedulers to support our scheduling team on major construction programs. In this role, you will work under the guidance of Senior Schedulers to review contractor schedules, perform QA/QC checks, update program schedules, and assist in generating reports using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to grow in construction scheduling and project controls.
Key Responsibilities- Review and comment on contractor-submitted baseline schedules and monthly updates.
- Assist in preparing schedule-related reports using Excel and Primavera P6.
- Create earned value curves based on established EVA guidelines.
- Perform QA/QC of schedule submittals to ensure compliance with scope and contract requirements.
- Analyze schedules for proper use of program codes, layouts, and reporting standards.
- Validate logic ties and ensure schedule integrity across multiple project types.
- Update master program schedules with as-built and forecasted dates in coordination with project teams.
- At least 1 year of full-time professional experience in scheduling for an owner or general contractor—preferably involving educational facilities or public works projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
, Architecture
, or Construction Management from an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (v19 or later).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and internal departments.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
