BIM & Scheduling Coordinator | Major Civic Modernization Project; LA

We are seeking a BIM & Scheduling Coordinator for a landmark, large‑scale renovation and expansion project in the heart of Los Angeles. This is a high‑visibility, fast‑tracked development with a fixed delivery milestone that is critical to the city’s infrastructure.

If you are a technical expert who excels in a site‑based construction environment and can manage the intersection of 3D modeling and 4D scheduling, we want to hear from you.

Working directly on‑site, you will be responsible for ensuring that digital coordination translates perfectly to physical execution. You will play a key role in sequence validation and clash resolution for a project of immense scale and complexity.

• Experience: 2+ years of BIM experience specifically within Construction Management

• BIM Software: Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
  .
• 4D/Scheduling: Hands‑on experience with Synchro and Primavera (P6) is essential.
• Local Knowledge: Must be currently based in the Los Angeles area for daily on‑site presence.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Availability: Immediate start preferred.
