Are you a Superintendent, looking to work on luxury residential projects $100 million and progress into a General Superintendent role within 2 years?
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, expanding construction firm where you will work on unique properties with the most exclusive clientele in the city.
This construction firm is one of the most exciting residential construction companies in Los Angeles. They are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize in high‑end projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have earned an outstanding reputation for developing and progressing from within. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit a Superintendent to help grow and develop their new Los Angeles office.
This position is site based, working on a range of local projects. You will be tasked with working alongside the Project Management team, managing subcontractors, conducting site visits, and meeting with clients. You will be given a structured plan to support you in growing the newly established team in Los Angeles.
This would suit someone in high‑end residential construction who is looking to work alongside some of the best technical professionals in the industry.
