We are a full-service demolition and excavation company with over 15 years of experience serving residential and commercial clients. We handle everything in-house including demolition, foundations, utilities, grading, and site prep. We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our client base.

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative with construction industry experience. This role is responsible for generating new business, meeting with contractors and property owners, preparing estimates, and closing demolition and excavation projects.

• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and relationship building
• Meet with general contractors, developers, and property owners
• Conduct site visits and evaluate demolition/excavation scope
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Follow up consistently to close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with dispatch and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• 2+ years of sales experience (construction industry preferred)
• Knowledge of demolition, excavation, or construction processes is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to read plans is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
