Project Scheduler

Struction Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze construction schedules for various projects. This role ensures proper sequencing, compliance with contract requirements, and effective schedule management to keep projects on track.

• Develop and maintain program schedules, identifying key relationships, milestones, and constraints.
• Review contractor baseline schedules, ensuring proper work scope identification and logical sequencing.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews on schedule submittals, assessing critical path, cost/resource loading, and schedule compliance.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis for change orders and negotiate delay time settlements.
• Conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analyses to track progress and performance.
• Monitor construction site progress, providing reports to project leadership.
• Communicate schedule updates and concerns with contractors in weekly status meetings.
• Perform bi‑monthly updates to Program/Master Schedules and ensure compliance with program standards.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, leadership, and the Project Controls department.
• Prepare reports and provide schedule‑related insights as needed.

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably in educational facility or public works projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera (latest version) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, OR a Bachelor’s degree in any field with 2 additional years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to build efficient relationships with project teams and leadership.
• Knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling principles, and schedule forensics.
