The Position

We are seeking a Senior Construction Administrator / SR. Project Manager with deep healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD) project experience to lead construction‑phase services for hospital and healthcare facility projects throughout Los Angeles and California. This role will focus heavily on HCAI/OSHPD‑regulated projects and requires a strong leader who can navigate complex compliance requirements, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a trusted liaison between clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead construction administration for healthcare and hospital projects, ensuring compliance with HCAI/OSHPD requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
  • Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct site visits, field observations, and progress meetings to monitor construction quality and schedule
  • Collaborate with design teams to resolve field issues and maintain project integrity
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management throughout construction phases
  • Mentor junior team members and support internal project coordination efforts
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting align with regulatory and client standards
What You Need (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of experience in construction administration and/or project management within architecture
  • Extensive healthcare project experience, including hospitals and acute care facilities
  • Strong working knowledge of HCAI/OSHPD regulations and approval processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex, large‑scale construction projects
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Bachelor's and/or MS in Architecture, or related field
  • Professional licensure (Architect or related credential) preferred, not mandatory
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
