We are seeking a Senior Construction Administrator / SR. Project Manager with deep healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD) project experience to lead construction‑phase services for hospital and healthcare facility projects throughout Los Angeles and California. This role will focus heavily on HCAI/OSHPD‑regulated projects and requires a strong leader who can navigate complex compliance requirements, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a trusted liaison between clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead construction administration for healthcare and hospital projects, ensuring compliance with HCAI/OSHPD requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct site visits, field observations, and progress meetings to monitor construction quality and schedule
- Collaborate with design teams to resolve field issues and maintain project integrity
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management throughout construction phases
- Mentor junior team members and support internal project coordination efforts
- Ensure all documentation and reporting align with regulatory and client standards
- 8+ years of experience in construction administration and/or project management within architecture
- Extensive healthcare project experience, including hospitals and acute care facilities
- Strong working knowledge of HCAI/OSHPD regulations and approval processes
- Proven ability to manage complex, large‑scale construction projects
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Bachelor's and/or MS in Architecture, or related field
- Professional licensure (Architect or related credential) preferred, not mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 annually (DOE)
