Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Los Angeles, CA, for a Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will manage all aspects of project cost estimation and analysis. Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing construction drawings, sourcing and obtaining accurate pricing from vendors, and collaborating with design and project management teams to ensure efficient budgeting. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering cost‑effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in construction estimating, cost analysis, and budgeting
- Ability to read and analyze architectural and engineering drawings
- Experience in vendor management and sourcing materials
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of digital tools and technologies for estimation and project documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective team collaboration
- A background or degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of sustainable building practices and familiarity with digital fabrication methods is a plus
