Jensen Const Inc is seeking a reliable and skilled Experienced Site Leader to oversee daily field operations on high-end custom home projects. This on-site role is responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping job sites running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has hands‑on residential construction experience, brings their own truck and tools, and takes pride in delivering dependable, high-quality work.

Oversee daily on‑site construction activities for residential projects

Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and job sequencing

Ensure work is completed according to plans, schedules, and quality standards

Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company and regulatory safety practices

Perform hands‑on construction tasks as needed to support progress

Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and material control

Communicate daily progress, issues, and updates to project management

Identify and resolve field issues proactively to prevent delays

Verify completed work meets company expectations and design intent

Maintain reliable attendance and consistent on‑site leadership

3+ years of experience in residential construction/architectural or field supervision preferred

Architectural background will be preferred

Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent hands‑on experience

Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing

Skilled with tools and comfortable performing hands‑on work when needed

Must have a reliable truck and personal tools

Dependable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple trades

Ability to work on‑site full‑time and manage daily field operations

A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
