About Our Client

A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced DSA Project Manager to oversee ground-up and modernization projects across the Los Angeles market. This is an opportunity to join a respected builder with a strong pipeline of K-12 and public works projects, offering long-term stability, collaborative leadership, and the ability to take ownership of impactful education projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Job Description

• Manage DSA projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain communication with owners, architects, inspectors, and field teams
• Ensure compliance with DSA regulations, safety standards, and quality control
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Support and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers

The Successful Applicant

• Previous DSA project experience required
• Experience managing public works or K-12 education projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
