Execute all aspects of property reconstruction following fire, water, storm, or other disaster-related damage;
Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring installation, and finishing work to restore properties to their pre-loss condition;
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to understand project scope, timelines, and priorities;
Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and precise execution of reconstruction work;
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the reconstruction process
