The PENTA Building Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee field operations in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Key responsibilities include ensuring project safety, leading field subcontractor meetings, and managing construction schedules.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of Superintendent experience, prefer experience in healthcare or higher education construction. A degree in Construction Management, OSHA certification, and proficiency in industry software like P6 and Bluebeam are required.
Salary range is $120,000 - $170,000 DOE.
