The Superintendentimplementsallfieldactivitiesforself-performed work,subcontractor work,andfieldlogisticalitemsbycoordinatingandmanaging

Richardsonfieldstaffandprojectsubcontractorsfromprojectinitiationthroughcompletion.
Thisroleactsasaleaderinthefield,responsibleandaccountableforthequality,safety,andscheduleoftheconstructionsite.
The Superintendentmustprofessionallyrepresent Reaume Richardsonfieldoperationsastheprimaryinterfacewiththeowneranddesignteam .
- Leadandoverseealldailyfieldoperationstoensureadherencetositesafetystandards,construction quality,schedule progress,andoverallsitecleanliness.
- Workingknowledgeofapplicablesafetyandbuildingregulations(i.e.,OSHA).
- Developathoroughunderstandingofprojectstrategy,contractual commitments,andkeyobjectives,includingfinancialtargets,scheduling,logistics,phasing,milestones,andinspectionrequirements.
- Demonstrateadvancedproblem-solvingcapabilitiesinfindingwaystoovercomeconstantobstacles,issues,andconflictsonthejob.
- Ensureahighqualityofworkconsistentwithprojectandcompanystandards.
- Collaboratecloselywiththe Project Managertomaintainanaccurate ,up-to-dateprojectschedulethatreflectscurrentprojectconditionsandalignswithbudgetaryandtimelinerequirements.
- Maintain clear,consistent,andopencommunicationwiththeprojectteamregardingchangesinscope,site conditions,subcontractor coordination,andanyshiftsinprojectdirection.
- Fosterandmodelpositiveworkingrelationshipsbyengagingsubcontractorsandvendorsprofessionallyandfairly,whilereinforcingthisstandardacrosstheprojectteam.
- Minimumofsevenyearsofjobsitemanagementexperience
- OSHA
30 - CPR/First Aid
- Abilitytovisualizetheentireprojectandanticipateconstructabilityissuesandembedsolutionsintheconstructionplansandschedules
- Generalunderstandingandexperiencewithconstructiontrades
- Safety Trained Supervisor Certification
- Carpenters Superintendent-in-Training Certification
- Experience with Procore,Microsoft Project and Bluebeam
