Thisroleisforsomeonewhotakesownershipoftheirprojects—financiallyandoperationally—andisdriventodeliverstrong,profitable outcomes.
- Manageelectricalprojectsfrompreconstructionthroughcloseout
- Ownprojectfinancialsincludingbudgeting,forecasting,andcostcontrol
- Developandmaintainprojectschedules
- CoordinatewithGCs,owners,engineers,andinternalteams
- Managesubmittals,RFIs,procurement,andchangeorders
- Tracklaborproductivityanddrivefieldperformance
- Leadprojectmeetingsandmaintainclearcommunication
- Ensuresafetycomplianceandqualitystandards
- Executeprojectcloseoutincludingpunch,O&Mmanuals,andfinalbilling
- Minimum5yearsexperienceasan Electrical Project Manager
- Provenexperiencedeliveringmultifamilyandcommercialprojects
- Strongunderstandingofelectricalsystemsandconstructionsequencing
- Experiencemanagingprojectfinancialsandcosttracking
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretplans,specs,and contracts
- Proficientwithtoolssuchas Procore,Bluebeam,and Microsoft Office
- Strongleadershipandorganizationalskills
- Design-build experience
- Electricalsubcontractorbackground
- Estimatingorpreconstructionexperience
- Competitivebasesalary(DOE)
