TROYCO is looking for a seasoned Senior Concrete Estimator who takes pride in high-accuracy bidding and technical excellence. We tackle a diverse range of projects, from high-end Residential builds to complex Commercial developments. We are looking for a professional who loves the "deep dive" of a complex take-off and wants to be part of a tech-forward, expert team.

• Project Execution: Own the bid process for our Commercial and Residential projects, ensuring every cubic yard of concrete and pound of rebar is accounted for with surgical precision.
• Digital Take-offs: Perform 100% digital take-offs using Plan Swift
  . We utilize custom assemblies and templates to stay at the top of our game.
• Pro Est Advantage: We highly value modern estimating tools. If you bring Pro Est experience to the table, it’s a significant plus for our workflow.
• Technical Insight: Review structural drawings and project manuals to identify site challenges, inclusions, and exclusions, ensuring a bulletproof scope of work.

  Experience:
  
  10+ years of dedicated concrete estimating experience.
• The Tools: Expert-level mastery of Plan Swift and Excel.
  
  Experience with
  Pro Est is a major bonus.
• The Foundation: A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent high-level field experience).
• The Knowledge: Comprehensive mastery of CSI Division 03, ASCC standards, and building codes.
