Senior Superintendent - Aviation Construction

We’re looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead complex aviation construction projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area.

We’ve built our reputation on long-term client relationships, disciplined execution and delivering some of the country’s most complex construction projects. As an employee-owned Top ENR GC, we continue to invest in our people, maintain a strong backlog of work and promote leaders from within.

You’ll oversee field operations, project schedules, site logistics, quality, safety and subcontractor coordination while providing leadership across major aviation construction projects.

• 10+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Experience leading aviation, airport, transportation, infrastructure or other large-scale commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to lead field teams and maintain productive relationships with clients and trade partners

Competitive compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $210,000 to $253,000
, annual bonus opportunity, employee ownership (ESOP), 401(k), comprehensive benefits, company truck or vehicle allowance and generous PTO.
