About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Site Superintendents to lead daily field operations across various construction projects in LA County. This is a critical, hands-on role where you will be the on-site leader, ensuring projects stay on schedule, meet stringent quality and safety standards, and that our construction teams are aligned and productive. We have 6 immediate openings for this fast-paced, dynamic assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily kick-off meetings to outline tasks, objectives, and individual roles, ensuring crew readiness and alignment.
• Assign work based on each team member’s experience and capabilities, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
• Verify that all tools, materials, and equipment are present, operational, and staged for the day’s tasks.
• Deliver daily safety talks and enforce compliance with all safety procedures and site regulations.
• Define clear timelines and deliverables for each task to keep the team focused and deadline-driven.
• Monitor crew performance and job progress throughout the day; resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Lead debriefs to assess what was completed, identify blockers, and plan corrective actions or next steps.
• Provide real-time coaching and support to crew members to strengthen capabilities and accountability.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the field crew, Project Managers, and upper management, maintaining clear, consistent communication.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, issues, delays, photos, and completed work for internal records and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of field experience in structured cabling, low voltage, or construction supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain it immediately).
• Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, job specifications, and project plans.
• Proficiency with reporting tools, mobile field apps, and Microsoft Office/Excel.
