Construction Project Coordinator - Sherman Oaks
$90,000 – $100,000 per year | Los Angeles, CA | On-site | Permanent
Benefits- Base Salary: $90K-$100K DOE

- Dental and vision insurance via Anthem Blue Cross (company covers 50% of monthly premiums)
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure project quality and progress; report directly to Project Manager; organize documents and reports; track change orders, RFIs, submittals, and daily logs.
- Schedule billing reviews, budget/cost tracking, bid/procurement administration, sub coordination, job walks, and meeting minutes/follow-ups.
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination/administration.
- Experience with Procore, MS Office/Excel, and Adobe or Bluebeam.
- Solid communication and organization skills.
- Must pass background and driving record check.
