Construction Project Coordinator - Sherman Oaks

$90,000 – $100,000 per year | Los Angeles, CA | On-site | Permanent

• Base Salary: $90K-$100K DOE
• Paid time off, paid sick days, and 8 paid holidays per year

• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure project quality and progress; report directly to Project Manager; organize documents and reports; track change orders, RFIs, submittals, and daily logs.
• Schedule billing reviews, budget/cost tracking, bid/procurement administration, sub coordination, job walks, and meeting minutes/follow-ups.

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination/administration.
• Experience with Procore, MS Office/Excel, and Adobe or Bluebeam.
• Solid communication and organization skills.
• Must pass background and driving record check.
