Our client, a highly respected and nationally recognized builder, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee challenging hospital and healthcare projects throughout California. What You’ll Do- Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance
- Oversee cost forecasting, contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and change management
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners
- Mentor project engineers and junior project management staff
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing OSHPD/HCAI-regulated healthcare construction projects in California
- Experience working in active hospital environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, cost controls, and project delivery
- Experience with CMIC, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM preferred
- OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
- LEED AP or LEED GA is a plus

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
