Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager;

• Assist Project Managers with project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners, and vendors.
• Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and material deliveries.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Support contract administration and maintain accurate project records using Procore and Microsoft Office.

• 1+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience on commercial construction projects such as retail, grocery, office, healthcare, hospitality, or similar.
• Knowledge of construction documents, project administration, and project coordination.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
