  • Lead pre-construction and coordination meetings with stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and facility representatives.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, RFIs, submittals, change order documentation, and as-built records.
  • Manage site safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Coordinate with hospital operations to minimize disruption to patient care; manage access, noise, dust control, and infection prevention measures.
  • Mentor and supervise field personnel; support training to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Superintendent or Senior Field Supervisor experience on healthcare construction projects, including OSHPD-regulated work.
  • Experience overseeing TI projects for Behavioral Health facilities a plus!
  • Proven knowledge and experience with OSHPD review/approval processes, HCAI/infection control protocols, and healthcare facility construction standards.

  • Working knowledge of construction scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) and proficiency with project documentation and reporting.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety, infection control, or OSHPD-specific training/certifications preferred.
