• Manage commercial and industrial projects from start to finish.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, budgets, and progress billing.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards.
• Travel periodically to jobsites for meetings and project oversight.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, change orders, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Exempt | Mid-Level | Periodic Travel Required
