Tenant Improvement Assistant Project Manager
We are seeking a Tenant Improvement Assistant Project Manager to join our Commercial Property Management team in Los Angeles, CA. You will oversee project schedules, bid packages, change orders, and budgets while identifying value‑engineering opportunities to keep projects on time and on spec.

- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close assigned tenant improvement projects.
- Review critical‑path items, manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with site staff, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
- Coordinate detailed scopes of work for bid packages and contract awards, including subcontracts.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Ensure projects are built in accordance with schedule, budget, and approved plans and specifications.
- Conduct design reviews for efficiencies and schedule improvements.
- Track and maintain project schedules; identify value‑engineering opportunities to reduce budget.
- Manage change orders, invoicing, prequalify vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare and complete punch lists upon project completion; close out projects within 30 days of completion.
- Participate in post‑project reviews with key personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction and building codes.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural drawings, financial and job cost reports.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Good accounting and financial statement knowledge.
- Ability to respond to inquiries from tenants, architects, engineers, and property managers.
Salary Range
: $80,000 – $90,000 USD per year.
