About the Opportunity
I'm partnering with a well-established commercial electrical contractor that's growing its Project Management team and hiring experienced Commercial Electrical Project Managers to support a variety of high-profile commercial construction projects throughout Southern California.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with long-term career growth and the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale projects.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of Commercial Electrical Project Management experience
- Experience managing commercial electrical construction projects valued at $3M+
- Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project coordination
- Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
Experience with one or more of the following project types is a plus:
- Large commercial buildings
- Airports
- Entertainment & attractions
- Hospitality
- Stadiums & arenas
- Mission-critical / data center
