This full-time position focuses on healthcare construction projects, specifically with OSHPD 3 experience, and is located in Carmichael, CA. As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in shaping the landscape of healthcare facilities. This position demands a strategic professional capable of managing every aspect of the construction process. The primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to compliance standards. This role involves direct supervision and full management of the job site, requiring a robust blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and practical experience in healthcare construction.

• Lead all on-site construction activities from inception to completion, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHPD/HCAI regulations on all healthcare projects, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Manage all aspects of field operations including scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Drive project timelines with a proactive approach to problem-solving to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure quality control and safety measures are meticulously followed, promoting a safe work environment.
• Facilitate daily coordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and effectively managing expectations.
• Mentor and lead a diverse team, fostering an environment of professional growth and development.
• Prepare comprehensive reports documenting project progress, budgeting, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other project consultants to ensure cohesive project execution.

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on regulated healthcare projects, specifically OSHPD 3.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial construction processes, project management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to effectively manage multiple functional teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or efficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of construction professionals and stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the aptitude to handle the pressure of tight deadlines.
• A deep commitment to adhering to safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
• Technical proficiency in construction software and tools.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Must be available to be present on-site as this is not a remote position.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $120K-$175K (depending on Exp.) + discretionary bonus, Medical (90% employer-paid), 401k match, PTO, holidays $60/month cell phone stipend + expense reimbursements
