Providing consulting services to achieve strategic business objectives, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage all aspects of singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout, while collaborating directly with clients to prepare project elements.
Key responsibilities- Manage project management activities from initiation through completion for real estate projects
- Work with clients to define project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
- Direct the project delivery team and implement governance for project documentation and data integrity
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered
- Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
- Experience with Project Management platforms, such as Kahua, is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
