The role requires at least 5 years of estimating asphalt, concrete paving, earthwork, water and sewer projects, with project take-offs and bid packages prepared for ranges from $1M to $70M.
Applicants should be proficient with Construction Link, non-Excel estimating software, and Excel/Word, and must be able to meet deadlines while working collaboratively with the team.
